Emails are not reaching my clients?

Guidance on troubleshooting scenarios where sent emails fail to reach recipients.

If emails sent from your system are not being received by your clients, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Check the Spam Folder
    Ask your client to check their spam or junk folder. In some cases, emails may be mistakenly filtered as spam. If they find the email there, they can mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails arrive in their inbox.

  2. Update Safe Sending Settings
    If the email is not in spam, you can adjust your system’s settings to improve deliverability:

    • Go to Settings in your Transporters.io system.

    • Navigate to General > Email Senders.

    • Under Safe Sending Domain, select All and click Save.

  3. Send Another Email
    After making these changes, try sending the email again. If the client receives it, everything should now be working correctly.
